Made In The Mitten is hiring for multiple positions that are outlined in our application. These positions include Retail Associates, Assistant Manager, and Social Media / Marketing associates.

General Requirements For All Positions but may vary:
-Ability to self-start and work on multiple projects at one time.
-Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.
-Reliable have reliable transportation.
-Always be happy, smiling, and energetic with each customer.

-Responsible for answering phone calls, emails, customer questions inside the store and returning missed calls / voicemails.

-Filing paperwork, entry level book keeping, Excel knowledge preferred. Must be comfortable using Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

-Light cleaning duties, sweeping, keeping the storefront clean and tidy.

-Maintain online inventory, ecommerce sales, and in-store sales via Quickbooks.
