All gift baskets are heat shrink wrapped before shipping, to ensure quality and safety while shipping. If a custom basket's items are too big to fit in the basket, they will be wrapped separately. If an item in the gift basket you ordered is out of stock, and will not be in-stock within 3 business days of the order, a substitution will be made for that item with a like item, possibly just a different flavor. Should you NOT want any substitutions, please email us right away to let us know.
