I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to family out of state. I placed the order way in advance and scheduled a delivery date. Since knowing there was a delivery date scheduled, I tried repeatedly to contact Made in the Mitten to cancel the order (for emergent personal family reasons) and no one responded to the multiple messages I sent. I couldn't find a phone number attached to the order, either. I had plenty of time for the order to be canceled as well. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication from this company. I will not be ordering from them again.
